   The Davis Cup victory was certinly an excellent culmination of the efforts of Patrick, Andy and the Bryans. It is difficult for me to add James Blake's name to the list because he has not performed well throughout the year. Andy on most occasions had to win the singles matches single-handedly. I can only imagine the pressure Andy faced.....Patrick Mc was an excellent captain, a very calming presence for the team. And, the Bryans were like pillars holding up the center beam.....Well done guys on a much deserved victory!

   Well done Flink. 32 titles. I think they're in a bit of trouble next year though. Who do you think will be the next captain? Courier? Martin?

   Steve, a well written article, with due praise for the two men who really won the cup for the USA-Roddick and MacEnroe. Finally, someone is giving Andy Roddick his due by recalling that Roddick has won every match in Davis Cup this year, and got us into the Finals. If not for him, we may not have been there, because James Blake was not much help along the way. Now, I predict Roddick WILL win more slams.
